Today we released the ability to quickly and easily invite new team members to your referral program.

We know customer referral programs are a team effort. Setting up and managing a customer referral program requires involvement from the development team and the marketing team at the very least. And depending on your organization it may even require involvement from the accounting and sales team.

To invite a team member, click on the settings tab in the left hand menu and select Program.



Enter a team member’s email address and then press Invite.

Your team member will automatically receive an email notifying them of the invite. When they accept the invite they will be required to set their password and then be logged into the Referral SaaSquatch dashboard.
