Terms and Conditions: Incentivized Lost Business Survey

By participating in this incentivized survey ("Lost Business – Survey"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms") to be eligible for the $30 USD Amazon.com Gift Card incentive offered by SaaSquatch.com Inc. ("Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with the Survey.

Eligibility: The Survey is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and meet all other requirements set by the Company. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Survey.

Accuracy and Honesty: Participants must fill out the Survey accurately and honestly to be eligible for the $30 USD Amazon.com Gift Card incentive. Any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive responses will result in disqualification from receiving the incentive.

Completion of Survey: To be considered for the $30 USD Amazon.com Gift Card incentive, participants must complete the Survey in its entirety and provide all required information. Partially completed or incomplete surveys will not be eligible for the incentive.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the incentive in a timely manner, but is not responsible for any delays or technical issues that may occur during distribution.

Non-transferability: The $30 USD Amazon.com Gift Card is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
