Congrats Emails on Trial Sign Up

Many subscription services offer a free trial. However, most SaaSquatch referral programs don’t give out rewards until referred users have begun to pay for the service.

Today, this leaves a gap between when a referred user signs up, to when they pay where the referrer receives no feedback, encouragement, or motivation.

As a first step in increasing engagement with referring users and motivating them to make more referrals while their friends are in trial SaaSquatch now sends emails to referrers when their friends sign up. These emails can tell referrers about their friend progress, encourage them to help their friend use the product, and make more referrals to more friends.
