Delete Test Data

During testing it’s possible for your referral program data to go out of sync with your application or payment system. This can happen for various reasons including clearing your database, clearing your payment system test environment, or improperly configuring the Referral SaaSquatch javascript.

To make it easy to correct from this situation, Referral SaaSquatch now supports deleting test data from inside the admin portal. While  ‘Delete Test Data’ will not delete data from your production program you should still be careful using it because it will permanently delete your test data. If you require data to be deleted from your production account please contact us at hello@saasquat.ch.

To delete your test data login to your account, click ‘Settings’, click ‘Program’, and then click the button labeled ‘Delete Test Data’.
