Program participant explorer

Active participants are key to the success of your referral program. However, with thousands of participants or more, it isn’t always easy to track down exactly which participants are doing what. This is why we have released the participant explorer.

With the participant explorer you are able to see all of your program participants. Further you can see what their current reward level is, how many people they have referred to signup, and how many of those people have converted to paid accounts. Once you find a participant of interest you can even click on their name and learn more about the user’s behavior.

To access the participant explore click Participants in the left hand navigation menu.

Over the next several months additional features will be launched in the participant explorer to make it your one stop shop for answering questions about your referral program participants.
